Return & Refund Policy 

Please note that we have updated our return policy as of September 8, 2021.
We are happy to accept returns or we can offer you a virtual Divine's VIP Closet E-Gift Card that never expires!
Returns must be requested within 7 business days of receiving your item(s).
Please email us at divinesvip@gmail.com with :
-Your order number
-Items being returned
-Reason for return
You will return the item at your own cost of shipping. 
Once we receive the item(s) they will be inspected and they must be in NEW and UNWORN condition WITH tags (if applicable).
Please allow up to 7 business days from the day your return is received for your refund or gift card to be issued.
BATHING SUITS, UNDERGARMENT, WIGS, ALL ACCESSORIES, BODYSUITS, CLEARANCE  and JEWELRY are FINAL sale and CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
If your item(s) appear to have been worn or have an odor your refund will be denied.
*Please note shipping charges are NOT refunded.

 

General Returns

If you wish to return the product for whatever reason, we have a 7 day satisfaction policy. Simply contact customer service at divinesvip@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you. Due to safety and usage, liquids items are non refundable. Sale items as well as purchases older than 7 days will not be eligible for returns. It is important to note that all items purchased using a promotion, sale or coupon code are Final Sale and can not be returned.

Note: Should you choose to return Final Sale item, or items purchase on sale or with discount codes, Divine's VIP Closet reserves the right to apply a 25% restocking fee so long as the item is sent back in accordance with our Return Policy and is in resalable condition.

 

Returned to sender, refused & lost packages

We are unable to make changes to orders that are placed on our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. Divine's VIP Closet does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
