At Divine's VIP Closet, we value each and every single customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customer as soon as possible. Normally you will receive your order in 7-14 business days from the date that it is placed.

HEALTH SAFETY

  • As a result of COVID-19, we will sterilize the products and packages, you can rest assured to purchase orders.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

  • A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.

  • Once the payment verified, the order cannot cancel or change within this sort of time. However, we will do our best to support your request.

PROCESSING

  • It normally takes 3-7 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.

  • It takes longer for us to process pre-ordered items, please refer to our preorder page for more detailed information.

  • If items are prepared in 24 hours in your order ,then we can ship it in one day.

SHIPPING

  • Shipment takes approximately 8 to 14  business days to reach destination in US.

  • Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with tracking number will be sent to you.

Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.             

Shipping Limitations

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result , risk of loss and title for items are placed upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. If the carrier contacts Divine's VIP Closet and confirms its loss, then Divine's VIP Closet will send out a replacement order. Divine's VIP Closet is unable to refund lost shipments.

 

Returned to sender, refused & lost packages

We are unable to make changes to orders that are placed on our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. Divine's VIP Closet does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase. 

Can I rush my order?

We do apologize for any potential inconveniences but no, orders at this time cannot be rushed beyond expedited shipping.

 
Can I edit my order after it has shipped?
Orders cannot be edited once shipped. Once the order is on its way to the shipping address provided by the customer, it is out of Divines VIP Closet's hands and cannot be changed.
I made a mistake with my order. How do I change it?
Because we ship orders as fast as possible, we have very limited time to cancel orders. We ask that you reach out to us at divinesvip@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant information. We can only help as long as your item has not been processed to ship or has shipped.
